DAQ-Score Database Downloads
yyyymmdd_cccovr150_ids.txt, data_yyyymmdd_cccovr150.zip:
The text .txt file contains all entry IDs in the DAQ-Score Database based on the PDB update at yyyymmdd. (Note CCC+Overlap>1.50 filter is applied. Details)
The archive .zip file contains PDB format files that store DAQ scores in bfactor column.
